He said he wanted to address what he sees as a gap in veterinary education by providing practical business guidance tailored to the Philippine setting.Despite reading hundreds of veterinary books throughout his career, Carullo said he found few that tackled the realities of running a veterinary practice in the country.The book combines business strategies with lessons drawn from his professional experience and is intended for veterinary students, young practitioners and clinic owners seeking to build sustainable practices.During the launch, Carullo emphasized the importance of developing the right mindset alongside clinical and business skills.&quot;The greatest commodity is mindsetting,&quot; he said, adding that success begins with cultivating a perspective centered on growth, adaptability and leadership.Carullo also revealed that he is considering writing a sequel that will further explore the lessons and experiences he has gained throughout his career.&quot;The Veterinary Business Game Theory&quot; is available through Bookshelf PH.
