Mang Larry&#x27;s Isawan is officially serving in Project 8!&quot; it said.</p><div><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FUPmanglarrys%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02EvnvV1DuwDYMbNjyWGGew48mw6WX6f4F6DnGnQGfqwkFFBExQN3ydezBd7YtnAWxl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500" width="500" height="660" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>Mang Larry&#x27;s Isawan, owned by Angelo Convencido, has become a beloved spot among UP Diliman students and faculty, as well as visitors, for decades.</p><p>Best known for isaw (or barbecued pork or chicken intestines), it also serves other street food items like fish balls and kwek-kwek (deep-fried battered quail eggs), and rice meals with dishes like pork belly, tilapia, and sisig. </p><p>Mang Larry&#x27;s Isawan was <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2026/2/21/end-of-an-era-mang-larry-s-isawan-leaves-up-campus-following-court-order-0807">closed last February</a> following a court order linked to land use and tenancy issues.</p>
