Situated at Boardwalk, some of the bestsellers here are pancit molo, seafood platter and KBL (kadyos, baboy kag langka). If you love vegetables, you may want to try their signature salad Pomelo Balingon, which is made up of pomelo, lettuce, cashiew nuts, crispy anchovies and vinaigrette. Probably the best time to eat your ice cream at Happy Endings is after a tour of Iloilo City where you get to explore and immerse yourself in the rich culture of the city. Some of the best places to visit is Museum of Philippine Maritime History and Museum of Philippine Economic History. Mestizo hosted a dinner for the guests who were part of the celebration of Filipino Food Month in Iloilo City. The restaurant serves its famous La Paz batchoy, an original and signature dish of Iloilo. A beloved noodle soup, La Paz batchoy is made of miki (egg noodles) in savory broth with toppings of innards, pork, liver, crushed chicharon (pork cracklings), spring onion and, toasted garlic. It is best paired with puto (rice cake). Basa Street in Iloilo City, the restaurant&#x27;s best seller is Roberto&#x27;s Queen Siopao, a white steamed bun filled with chicken pork adobo, Chinese sausage, bacon and egg. Regulars of the shop will have their own mug at Madge Cafe.  </p>
