A set of iconic brownstone steps serves as the focal point of the room, designed as a space where parents can sit and talk with their children. Large-scale figures of Big Bird, Elmo, and Cookie Monster are positioned at eye level for the guests of honor, while the green street markers define the corners of the space.</p><p>The meal stays within the brand&#x27;s established territory. The signature fried chicken is served alongside Filipino-style spaghetti, lumpiang shanghai, and leche flan. There is a deliberate lack of themed gimmicks on the plate. Isabel Oli-Prats focused on the “turnkey” logistics of the setup, which eliminates the need for external party coordinators.
