This was co-conceptualized with Tasteless Group’s founder and CEO Charles Paw whose all-time favorite meat is beef in all its cuts and dishes.</p><p>Go intends to showcase beef in this manner by cycling the menu through different cuisines. He will be using different cuts and cooking methods.</p><p>For its opening, he’s going Japanese.</p><p>Guests first choose their main beef dish from Aburi Roast Beef, the Burnt Ends from that Roast Beef, 48 hour sous vide beef Angus Beef, and lightly torched A5 Wagyu Beef Brisket. </p><p>Then they choose a sauce that ranges from spicy black pepper or gochujang, to the more mellow miso or sweet soy garlic.</p><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/178366740621148 hour angus beef_.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner">48-hour fried rice. <em>Jeeves de Veyra</em></span></span></span></div><p>For first timers, Chef Patrick recommends the 48-hour Angus Beef paired with Black Pepper Sauce on top of the Japanese Curry Fried Rice.</p><p>The Mono set already comes with rice, onsen egg, shiitake miso soup, gari, and pickled cucumbers.
