This harmony is achieved by the F1 crossbreed of Japanese Wagyu and Angus beef. Jeeves de Veyra</div>For the launch, Consistent Foods enlisted Chef Chris Oronce of launch venue Wolfgang Steakhouse and Chef Ed Bugia of Flipside Burgers to give a taste of Omino Beef.Having cooked with the legendary Nobu restaurants early in his career, Oronce went back to his Japanese cooking roots for his demos. He pointed out that fattier beef would shrink and collapse the patty.  From the sliders served afterwards, the patty is still thick, lightly firm, with the right amount of fat and meat. The beef was sliced thinly but still held together even if Oronce was stirring the sukiyaki pan. For now, Omino Beef slabs are only available through the B2B channels but with plans to have retail outlets soon.
