Tickets are priced at P8,540 net per person and include a welcome cocktail, nine-course tasting menu, selected wine pairings and live entertainment.The dinner will bring together chefs representing Spanish, Peruvian-Japanese, Korean, Cantonese and Filipino cuisines.Chef Álvaro Romer-Abreu Raya of The Westin Manila will showcase the Michelin-recognized cuisine of Cantabria by chef Chele Gonzalez.Chef Rodrigo Serrano of DIP Nikkei at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, Cebu’s first Peruvian-Nikkei restaurant, will prepare dishes combining Peruvian and Japanese influences.Representing Clark Marriott Hotel are Chef Simon Moon of Smoki Moto, who will serve Korean-inspired specialties, and Chef Lucas Zhou of Wu Xing, who will prepare Cantonese dishes.Chef Erwin Marquez of Cru Steakhouse will present the restaurant’s steak offerings with a Filipino-inspired approach.Also joining the lineup is Chef Meik Brammer, known as “The Big Chef,” who has spent more than 25 years with Marriott and currently serves as director of culinary operations at Manila Marriott Hotel.Rounding out the culinary lineup is Pampanga-based chef Bong Sangmit of Tito Boy, who will serve elevated comfort food and refined interpretations of classic Filipino flavors.The event is positioned as a celebration of Pampanga’s culinary heritage and its emphasis on traditional techniques and heirloom recipes, while bringing together cuisines from different parts of the world.Guests are encouraged to dress in black-and-white cocktail attire.Tickets and inquiries are available through Clark Marriott Hotel at +63 999 992 4055 or clarkmarriotthotel@marriott.com, or through the hotel’s official Facebook page.
