Handout</div>It&#x27;s been a year of fire and flavor for Fogo de Chao as the Brazilian steakhouse celebrates its first anniversary in the Philippines.Launched in August 2025, Fogo de Chao is located at the ground floor of Glorietta mall in Makati. It was brought to the country by The Bistro Group, which also holds the local franchises for global brands such as TGI Fridays, Denny&#x27;s, and <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/lifestyle/food-travel/2026/7/21/texas-roadhouse-marks-10th-year-in-ph-eyes-expansion-outside-manila-1143">Texas Roadhouse</a>, among others. Fogo de Chao is best known for its Full Churrasco (P3,200 per person), an all-you-can-eat experience where diners can enjoy tableside carvings of 16 kinds of meats. Each guest is given a two-sided disc: one side is green to indicate that you want more meat served to your table, while the other is red to signal a pause so you can pace yourself. <div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1787031400796A Year of Fire and Flavor (1).jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/>Handout</div>In its first 12 months in the Philippines, Fogo de Chao has served nearly 80,000 Full Churrascos. It&#x27;s always a good idea to try everything, but those with limited stomach space can go straight to the crowd favorites: the tender and juicy Picanha (prime top sirloin), the deeply savory Fraldinha (bottom sirloin), and the lean, hearty Alcatra (top sirloin). Honorable mentions include the double bone-in pork chop and the lamb picanha.Aside from the meats, the Full Churrasco experience comes with unlimited access to the Market Table with its colorful display of sides, salads, and charcuterie. This promo is only valid to guests with the Bistro Frequent Foodie card, a digital loyalty membership offered by The Bistro Group.The Brazilian restaurant chain is also planning to open a second branch, which will be located at Okada Manila.
