Handout</div>MANILA — South Korean fried chicken chain BHC Chicken has opened its first restaurant in the Philippines at SM North EDSA, marking the brand&#x27;s official entry into the local market through a partnership with Dining Brands Group, Suyen Corporation and B.V. The company said it has expanded internationally since opening its first overseas branch in Hong Kong in 2018, followed by locations in the United States and franchise agreements in Taiwan, Indonesia and the Philippines.BHC Chicken&#x27;s arrival comes as Korean cuisine continues to gain popularity among Filipino consumers, with Korean fried chicken becoming one of the country&#x27;s fastest-growing casual dining segments.
