Handout</div>Your Local, a Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized restaurant in Makati, recently launched a limited-time menu that is built around spice.&nbsp;Made by Chef Pat Go in collaboration with Sprite, the dishes are designed to highlight the lemon-lime flavored soft drink as a refreshing way to balance different flavor profiles.&nbsp;The Spiced Salted Egg Hummus is a creamy starter that packs the heat, and comes with toasted sourdough for scooping. Handout</div>The Sili-Mansi Udon combines springy noodles and a savory-sweet soy sauce with a hit of chili. The dish is finished with calamansi for brightness and chicharon for crunch.Rounding out the menu is Chicken Hoy, or crispy fried chicken in a spicy black garlic adobo sauce, served with garlic confit and java rice.&nbsp;Aside from food, the collaboration also includes four drinks that pair Sprite with Earl Grey Tea, Matcha, Lychee, and Spicy Mango.All these are available at Your Local, located at 106 Esteban Street in Legazpi Village, Makati, every weekend until September 27.
