We train minds, but not always hearts.”</p><p>She presents global statistics on education and points out that in the Philippines, there remains an abundance of untapped potential among the youth.</p><p>Together with her partner organization Alon Akademie, Ahtisa hopes to help “build ideas, collaborate with start-ups, and turn imagination into innovation.”</p><p>“The future belongs to those who prepare for it,” she says. “And they are waiting for us to lead them there.”</p><p>Ahtisa also encouraged her supporters to cast their votes online, noting that 50% of the competition’s criteria will come from public voting.</p>
