<p>MANILA — It was a double celebration for the ALV Pageant Circle last May 15 as the organization hosted back-to-back press conferences at the Pandan Asian Cafe to honor two of its reigning queens.</p><p>The afternoon kicked off with a formal send-off for Keylyn Trajano, who will be representing the Philippines in the inaugural Miss Grand International (MGI) All-Stars pageant in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 18 to 30. </p><p>During the Q&amp;A portion, Trajano was asked about the true essence of a beauty queen. Without hesitation, she confidently replied: &quot;She works hard. She listens. She commits and takes action. De Mesa clinched the title during the coronation night held in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, last April 25, marking the Philippines&#x27; first international beauty title of the year. Speak up,&quot; she said. &quot;I think it’s the best mindset of a queen.”</p><p>With Trajano set to fly out to Thailand this week and De Mesa beginning her international reign, the ALV Pageant Circle continues its strong momentum in the global pageant circuit.</p>
