The event is considered the world&#x27;s largest pageant for transgender women.</p><p>Years prior, she won the Ms. Q&amp;A Queen of the Multibeks competition on the ABS-CBN noontime program &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime.&quot;  </p><p>One of Lorenzo&#x27;s predecessors, Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Ravena, competed in the inaugural MGI All Stars last year. She <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/lifestyle/pageants-beauty-queens/2026/6/1/-my-latina-twin-fuschia-ravena-congratulates-mgi-all-stars-winner-vanessa-pulgarin-1503">finished in the Top 18</a>.</p><p>The first batch of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DahJNfVTWnz/">Reina Filipinas</a> candidates will be officially presented to the public in an event in Cavite on July 13.</p>
