MANILA -- The SM Mall of Asia Arena recently opened its doors for the exciting launch of Disney On Ice presents &quot;Magic in the Stars.&quot;This event promises to be a magical holiday tradition for Filipino families, filled with music, wonder, and unforgettable memories.<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/175935991795300cb61f3-9ee1-49f7-852d-48efc83a90f2.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:950px"/></div>Arnel Gonzales, vice president and general manager of SM MOA Arena, said this show is a testament to SM’s dedication to providing world-class family entertainment to the Filipino community.“For the past 40 years, SM Supermalls have been woven into the everyday lives of Filipinos, celebrating holidays, marking milestones, and creating unforgettable moments every single day,” Gonzales said.He also mentioned that the upcoming Cebu Arena, set to open in 2026, will host this beloved production as well. “We will be opening up Cebu Arena sometime in 2026. So, we’re also calendaring Disney On Ice there so that we could reach out to more Filipino families so that they can enjoy this holiday tradition,” he added.Disney On Ice first graced Manila in 1990, and Matthew Garrick, vice president for Asia-Pacific of Feld Entertainment, pointed out that the production continues to evolve, offering fresh experiences for audiences each year.He also shared his excitement about this year’s expanded lineup.“For the first time in Manila, you’ll be able to see Raya from ‘Raya and the Last Dragon’... So, to take that chance and to wish upon a star, and you’ll never know what the outcome would be.
