MANILA -- Business mentor Francis Kong urged more than 100 leaders to lead with integrity, relevance, and purpose during the Level Up Leadership: The Future of Work conference held in Pasay City. Kong, speaking at the full-day hybrid event organized with Success Options Inc., pressed leaders to anchor their decisions on ethics as they navigate rapid change, digital disruption, and evolving workplace demands.“The world is changing faster than ever before.
