This is what the playgoers will see in Teatro Kapamilya&#x27;s upcoming stage play &quot;The Art of Breaking Up,&quot; which is based on award-winning playwright George de Jesus&#x27; &quot;Kung Paano Maghiwalay.&quot; </p><p>In a media conference on Thursday, members of the cast including Jake Cuenca, Janella Salvador, Yen Santos, Nikki Valdez, Bibeth Orteza, Carlitos Siguion-Reyna and Ruby Ruiz shared more about the upcoming production.</p><p>&quot;Iba&#x27;t ibang kuwento na magkaka-connect kung paano sila nagkasama-sama at paano sila naghiwalay at kung ano ang patutunguhan ng bawat isang relasyon. Weave kasi siya. So ang complex din ng kuwento niya at maiintindihan mo lang siya kapag pinanood mo,&quot; director Dudz Teraña said.</p><p>Asked what to expect from the staging, Teraña said there&#x27;s more to it than crying scenes. </p><p>&quot;Maraming surprises sa kuwento. Hindi lang siya puro iyakan lang. Madami rin itong nakakatuwang eksena at ang pinaka-exciting dito &#x27;yung staging niya ay theater na round. So ibig sabihin lahat nang anggulo makikita niyo sila, nasa gitna sila ng tanghalan. At mahirap umarte ng theater na round because wala kang maiko-cover, hubad na hubad ka gaya ng kuwento,&quot; Teraña added.</p><p>Teraña said his main vision of putting up the production is to share to the public a very truthful story about breaking up.</p><p>&quot;Umaarte pa ba sila o totoo na &#x27;yung nangyayari sa harapan nila and that&#x27;s what I really want to achieve, kumbaga space between the actors and the audience to break it and experience the breakup while watching the play. &#x27;Yung marinig mo, makita mo at maunawaan mo sila. That&#x27;s a different storytelling,&quot; said the director.</p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1785476817079760261479_1032060546462448_5780213242635479880_n.jpeg" style="width:960px;display:block;height:auto" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left"><em>Star Magic/Facebook</em></span></span></span></div><p>Also part of the production, which is a collaboration of PETA Plus and Teatro Kapamilya, are Teroy Guzman, Brent Manalo, JC Alcantara, Anna Luna, Dindong Bahan,  Analain Salvador, Jarren Garcia, Kolette Madelo, Jel Tarun, Yesh Burce, Jude Hinumdum, Meann Espinosa, and AJ Sison.</p><p>Veteran artists and real-life couple, Carlitos Siguion-Reyna and Bibeth Orteza expressed excitement being part of the production, which will open this November.</p><p>&quot;I&#x27;m excited because of the material -- this is the last play of George de Jesus -- and working with director Dudz Teraña  and with the entire cast, with the entire team. This is the second time we will work together, Bibeth and I, on a relationship story like this.  ... We see ourselves throughout  this material. It&#x27;s exciting, it&#x27;s fun, it&#x27;s familiar but there&#x27;s also a new ground for us. I was exposed to my mother doing theater. I really have been waiting for this. It&#x27;s a dream come true and hopefully after this I can do more,&quot; Janella said.</p><p>For her part, veteran artist Ruiz shared why people should watch &quot;The Art of Breaking Up.&quot;</p><p>&quot;To find out if there&#x27;s really an art to breaking up. Ako, intrigued na intrigued ako sa sa title. Mayroon nga bang art?
