It debuts next month to give shoppers more than ample time to check everyone on their list. Thanks to years of notable success and community support, this year’s bazaar is going nationwide with a multi-city tour. Expect an abundance of fashion defined by exceptional Filipino flair. Industry stalwart Lulu Tan-Gan will be participating, bringing along her beloved aesthetic of diaphanous, elegantly embellished Filipiniana. Meanwhile, contemporary label Bitagcol reinvents heritage design via trompe l&#x27;oeil treatments and avant-garde silhouettes.</div>At the intimate media launch held at Flour Pot, Paloma Urquijo Zobel de Ayala recalls how DHB helped get her brand Pio Pio off the ground. “DHB was the community that helped me,” she explained, recalling how the people from the bazaar offered advice on her product lineup, and became a way for her to connect her with countless local artisans. The fashion label is an homage to heritage, with indigenous weaves from all over the archipelago taking center stage, and yet still reflecting an artsy and wearable aesthetic rendered in day dresses, patchwork denim jackets, and island separates.<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1787911124697DHB Photo 2.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/>RTW by bitagcol and Tan-Gan</div>There will also be a great selection of home accents and accessories. Her pieces reflect her love for both countries, and are an eclectic mix of local fibers, embroidery, and organic accents upon clean, sculptural forms.Handmade accessories by Arete, shoes by Aishe, wellness essentials by ForKeeps, and statement fans by Casa Mercedes also join the lineup alongside dozens of other participants. But at the same time, the philanthropist highlights that a portion of the sales also goes directly to support their educational initiatives.</div>Beyond this contribution from sales, Bea Zobel Jr. shares that 100% of the event’s net proceeds will also go to charity. “What began as a simple platform to elevate Filipino artisans has evolved into a vibrant creative community. Yet our core philosophy remains, championing local ingenuity and giving back.
