Just unveiled, the extraordinary catalogue brings together a richly varied and highly covetable selection of important Philippine art, fine antiques and ecclesiastical objects, historical artifacts, and fabulous jewelry.</p><p>The masters and post-war modernists are especially well represented, with significant works that capture important milestones in their careers. That includes several paintings by National Artist Fernando Amorsolo from his Golden Period: <em>Under the Mango Tree</em> (1937), <em>The Fruit Vendors</em> (1939), <em>Sabungero </em>(1930);<em> Planting Rice</em> (1945), and <em>Tinikling Dance</em> (1947).</p><p>From National Artist Cesar Legaspi comes an untitled 1948 painting of three women and a child gathered around a basket of vegetables, an early gem that reveals the mature modernist language that would come to define his contribution to modern Philippine art. Also on offer is National Artist Hernando R.
