So, I really have to make it a point na kapag matutulog ako, matutulog talaga ako. Wala na along ibang gagawin. I won&#x27;t watch a movie. I won&#x27;t eat. I won&#x27;t workout right before [sleeping]. It has to be just for sleep. And I&#x27;m [the type of] person na kung matutulog ako, kailangan wala talagang ilaw, walang sound. Sobrang solemn ng feel. Kasi alam ko &#x27;yung iba, gusto nila may night light, &#x27;yung iba may konting sound sa speakers nila. Pero ako kasi, &#x27;yung routine ko talaga, kailangan wala, as in sleep soundly talaga. And blackout curtains. The moment na nakita na ng katawan ko &#x27;yun at na-feel ko na na &#x27;okay, it&#x27;s quiet, it&#x27;s dark.&#x27; That means it&#x27;s time to sleep.&quot; He also shared that he sometimes makes the mistake of eating right before sleeping, which shouldn&#x27;t be the case. Donny&#x27;s parents also advised him to not use his phone or watch TV before bedtime—&quot;anything that will require your brain to keep thinking right before [sleeping] kasi hindi pa nagiging sleep mode &#x27;yung katawan mo...
