Trivia number one would have to be, “Magaling ako mag-basketball.” He added, “Dati.” In fact, he was an athlete before he became an actor. JC played basketball for his high school alma mater, but he stopped playing once he entered showbiz, which was right after high school.“I didn’t go to college,” he admitted. But he’s thankful to where life has brought him, as he’s still active in showbiz. He has been in the industry for 20 years — and that’s another fun fact. “Matagal-tagal na po ako sa industriya, hindi n’yo lang nararamdaman,” he said in jest.And apart from being a hardcourt gem, JC is a master of the kitchen, too. “Mahilig ako magluto.
