Court orders eviction of INC leader's siblings from QC property

Manalo from a property of the religious sect in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.</p><p>The Manila MTC Branch 12 ruled in favor of the INC&#x27;s ejectment suit against Manalo&#x27;s siblings, expelled INC members Felix Nathaniel &quot;Angel&quot; Manalo and Lolita &quot;Lottie&quot; Manalo-Hemedez.</p><p>In a six-page decision, Judge Ann Sia of the Manila MTC Branch 12 said the expelled INC members are illegally residing in the church&#x27;s property in 36 Tandang Sora.</p><p>In a press conference on Saturday, INC spokesperson Edwin Zabala said the estranged siblings of the sect&#x27;s executive minister lost the privilege to live in the property when they were expelled in July 2015.</p><p>INC lawyer Moises Tolentino explained: &quot;The privilege had already been terminated when they were expelled from the church, having committed some serious relation of the church doctrines.&quot;<br/><br/>&quot;The decision says that they are ordered to immediately vacate and surrender possession of the premises to the plaintiff which is the INC.
