His condition has yet to be confirmed.</p><p>His driver, Leonardo Taningco, and Emmanuel Peña, who was running for councilor, died on the spot.</p><p>Investigation on the incident is ongoing. <strong>- Report from Ronilo Dagos, DZMM</strong></p>
