<p>MANILA - Retired Associate Justice Leonardo Quisumbing has passed away, the Supreme Court (SC) announced Monday.</p><p>Quisumbing served as associate justice from January 1998 until November 2009. </p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p dir="ltr" lang="en">Supreme Court mourns passing of (Ret.) Ramos.</p><p>Quisumbing is survived by his two children. </p><p>His remains lie in state at the San Quentin Chapel in Loyola Memorial Chapel in Guadalupe, Makati.</p><p>The schedule of interment will be announced later.</p>
