Marquez will stay on as SC spokesperson but Hosaka is expected to replace him, Bersamin said.</p><p>Hosaka is a founding partner of a law office and a former IBP deputy general counsel.</p><p>Marquez was officer-in-charge of the PIO when its former head, Theodore Te, resigned.</p><p>Hosaka obtained his AB Interdisciplinary Studies and Juris Doctor degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1993 and 1998, respectively, the high court said. <strong>-- report from Mike Navallo, ABS-CBN News</strong></p>
