Eleazar said they are not declaring the case as solved yet. “We still have to dig up other pieces of evidence,” he said. Quezon City Acting Mayor Joy Belmonte meanwhile said it was still uncertain if Beltran&#x27;s killing was politically-motivated. &quot;Tingin ko hindi pa naman dapat i-declare na election hotspot ang Quezon City dahil hindi pa naman ito nadi-declare na election-related crime,&quot; Belmonte said. (I think Quezon City shouldn&#x27;t be declared as an election hotspot yet because this has yet to be declared as an election-related crime.)
