He then tested positive for COVID-19 on March 5.</p><p>San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora earlier said local authorities are prepared to respond should the virus start to spread in his city.</p><p>&quot;We&#x27;ve already activated our crisis management team...the San Juan Medical Center is ready and our San Juan City health department is ready,&quot; Zamora told ANC.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Hzpp3E-mJcY?enablejsapi=1"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div>
