MANILA - (UPDATED) Singer-actor Ice Seguerra said Tuesday he resigned as chairperson of the National Youth Commission effective April 5, 2018. Seguerra, who supported President Rodrigo Duterte during the 2016 elections, cited &quot;personal reasons&quot; for his resignation in his meeting with President Duterte last March 5.&quot;He was very understanding and supportive of my decision.
