6th victim of Manila Pavilion fire dies

Authorities on Wednesday said another employee of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation has died from the fire that razed a portion of the Waterfront Manila Pavilion last Sunday.Jennilyn Figueroa was earlier reported to have been hurt in the blaze that lasted 2 days, but she eventually perished after being in a critical state, said Carmelita Valdez, assistant vice president for communications of Pagcor.Figueroa, 28, an internal security staff at the Casino Filipino Pavilion, was the sixth fatality of the incident.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/03/19/18/manila-pavilion-fire-death-toll-hits-5">Manila Pavilion fire death toll hits 5</a></li></ul>About 300 guests and employees were evacuated when an inferno engulfed a portion of the hotel early Sunday.
