<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img figure="" src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/news/01/31/013117-dead.jpg"/></figure></div>MANILA – Filipinos are less happy with the government&#x27;s war against illegal drugs, and they continue to want drug suspects to be captured alive.A survey conducted by Social Weather Stations (SWS) in the first quarter of 2017 showed that Filipinos gave the drug war a net satisfaction rating of +66, or &quot;very good&quot;.This is an 11-point and one-grade drop from <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/12/19/16/8-in-10-pinoys-fear-dying-in-drug-war-says-poll">December 2016</a>&#x27;s rating of +77 or &quot;excellent.&quot;Meanwhile, 92 percent of Filipinos said it is important for drug suspects to be captured alive, and 73 percent expressed worry that they, or people they know, will become victims of extrajudicial killings (EJK).<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href=" http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/04/17/17/most-pinoys-still-trust-approve-of-duterte-robredo-amid-ouster-woes-pulse">READ: Most Pinoys still trust, approve of Duterte, Robredo amid ouster woes: Pulse</a></li></ul>These figures are slightly lower than December 2016&#x27;s numbers, when 94 percent said they want suspects alive, and 78 percent said they were worried about becoming victims of EJK.Many of the respondents are skeptical about police&#x27;s claims that drug suspects resist arrest, with only 24 percent saying the police tell the truth, 31 percent saying they do not tell the truth, and 42 percent expressing uncertainty.<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img figure="" src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/news/04/18/sws-t3-041817.jpg?ext=.jpg"/></figure></div>Despite this, however, most Pinoys (70 percent) believe that the Duterte administration is serious about solving the drug problem.The survey was not commissioned by anyone, the SWS said. It was done on March 25-28, 2017 using face-to-face interviews with 1,200 Filipinos nationwide.Sampling error margins were +/-3 percent for national percentages, and +/-6 percent for Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
