MANILA -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Monday said that the RapidPass is now accessible to frontliners and priority vehicles to reduce contact in checkpoints amid the Luzon-wide lockdown enforced to curb the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

In an advisory, the department said authorized frontliners and personnel can use their unique QR codes in checkpoints.

"The DICT is encouraging all authorized frontliners and personnel to coordinate with their respective approving government agencies on how to apply for a RapidPass," the department said in a Facebook post.
