<p>MANILA - Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte, son of President Rodrigo Duterte, and two other House lawmakers on Monday filed a resolution seeking an investigation on the alleged violations of ABS-CBN Corporation of its legislative franchise.</p><p>House Resolution No. 853, introduced by Rep. Duterte, ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Eric Yap and Rep. Abraham Tolentino, requests the House Committee on Legislative Franchises to conduct an investigation on the alleged violations by ABS-CBN.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p dir="ltr" lang="en">Presidential Son Davao City Rep.
