<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2019/news/04/15/20190415-joybelmonte-bingbongcrisologo.jpg"/></figure></div><p>MANILA<strong> (2nd UPDATE) </strong>- Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte is leading the mayoral race in Quezon City, based on partial and unofficial results. </p><p>Belmonte (SBP), daughter of former Speaker Feliciano Belmonte, had 445,000 votes while closest challenger, Rep.
