May usapan diyan sa crisis committee sa umpisa pa, basta Iligan lahat,&quot; said Major Abdulla Mocsana of the Army&#x27;s 103rd Brigade. </p><p>&quot;May mga last-minute rules, clearing pa, hindi natin hold ang nangyayari. Carlos Zarate said that aside from distributing relief goods, the Makabayan bloc hoped to check the situation in Marawi and determine the condition of non-combatants. </p><p>The Makabayan bloc, Zarate added, is also determined to push for a legislative inquiry on the Marawi siege when Congress reopens in July. </p><p>Zarate said legislators would need to look into possible <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/14/17/a-total-failure-of-military-intelligence-on-maute-sc-justice-says">intelligence failures</a> that allowed hundreds of militants to storm Marawi City. </p><p>&quot;Sinabi nila failure of appreciation, mas malala iyun dahil meron ka na palang intelligence report five days before this happened, meron nang report na pinabayaan mo,&quot; the congressman said. </p><ul class="op-related-articles" title="">	<li><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/list/tag/marawi">MORE STORIES: Marawi siege, martial law in Mindanao </a></li></ul>
