Rape eyed as motive behind Bulacan massacre; 100k reward offered

<p>MANILA - The mayor of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan is offering a reward of 100,000 pesos for any information leading to the capture of the people behind the <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/28/17/pulisya-blangko-pa-rin-sa-motibo-sa-masaker-sa-bulacan">massacre </a>of five family members in the city.</p><ul class="op-related-articles" title="">	<li><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/27/17/3-bata-ina-at-lola-minasaker-sa-bahay">3 bata, ina at lola minasaker sa bahay </a></li></ul><p>Authorities have identified the victims as Estrella Carlos, her kids aged 1, 7 and 11; as well as her mom Auring.
