Agoo town topped the list with more than 400 surrenderees.According to the La Union Police Provincial Office, Oplan Double Barrel will be implemented strictly to keep La Union drug-free. The establishment of rehabilitation centers is next in line.&quot;Kasi wala tayong rehabilitasyon sa province, eh. Although merong lupa, malapit sa Ilocos Sur Regional Training Center (ITRMC), there&#x27;s funding for it already. During the first session of Sangguniang Panlalawigan, they passed a resolution asking the DOH to facilitate the release of funds for the putting up of a rehabilitation center,&quot; the governor said.Police Senior Superintendent Angelito Dumangeng added: &quot;We will make an analysis kung ano itong mga surrenderees natin. Kasi, hindi lahat, walang trabaho. &#x27;Yong mga nangangailangan ng tulong, we will coordinate with agencies like Tesda, to provide them the training or the DSWD &#x27;yung mga seminar for livelihood. At saka &#x27;yung rehabilitation naman ng mga &#x27;to, nakita niyo naman, hindi kailangang ipasa ito sa mga rehabilitation center, kasi hindi masyadong malala &#x27;yung kondisyon nila that they need to enter a rehabilitation center.&quot;Police Intelligence Strategies were tasked to identify the drug suppliers.Aside from the promise of livelihood, the local government distributed Bibles to all those who surrendered.
