<p>MANILA -- Opposition lawmakers will wear &#x27;protest barongs&#x27; for the &quot;People&#x27;s State of the Nation Address,&quot; where thousands of activists from various groups are expected to join. </p><p>Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Zarate is set to wear a barong bearing images of the Filipinos representing the sectors calling for the resumption of the peace talks between the government and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines.</p><p>Zarate&#x27;s protest barong was designed by Karapatan legal counsel, Ma.
