Guillermo Eleazar said in a statement.</p><p>&quot;Nakalatag na ang mga security plan at nakaantabay na rin ang sufficient number ng ating kapulisan para sa deployment at iba pang contingency measures,” he added.</p><p>(Your PNP is ready for President Duterte&#x27;s SONA this Monday.
