In a weather bulletin issued Saturday, PAGASA said Dindo packed maximum winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/08/01/20/lpa-intensifies-into-tropical-depression-dindo-but-has-no-direct-impact-on-ph-yet">LPA intensifies into tropical depression Dindo, but has no direct impact on PH yet</a></li></ul>The tropical depression, which intensified from a low-pressure area early Saturday morning, was located 800 kilometers East Northeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan as of 10 a.m.Occasional rains - light to moderate with at times heavy showers - will be felt over Luzon, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, and the Bangsamoro region due to the southwest monsoon. Areas highly susceptible to floods and landslides were advised to take caution especially when heavy or continuous rainfall occurs, PAGASA said.&quot;Flooding and rain-induced landslide may occur during heavy or prolonged rainfall especially in areas that are highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards,&quot; the weather bureau said. Small seacraft were also asked to &quot;take precautionary measures&quot; during travel. PAGASA also reiterated that the cyclone will have &quot;no direct impact&quot; as of writing and that no tropical cyclone wind signals have been in effect. Dindo will turn to the northwest and is likely to exit the Philippine area of responsibility by Monday.
