MANILA—A 4-magnitude earthquake jolted Davao del Norte province early Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.

The tremor occurred at 1:32 a.m. at a depth of 30 kilometers southeast of Carmen town.
