A Makati Regional Trial Court has ordered Sunvar Realty Development Corp. and other tenants to vacate the Mile Long property in Makati City.

A Court of Appeals Resolution dated August 14 sent the case back to Makati RTC branch 141 and directed the sheriff to execute the June 10, 2015 decision of Makati MeTC Branch 61, ordering Sunvar to vacate the property.

Makati RTC Branch 141 issued a notice to vacate, ordering the surrender of the possession within three days from receipt of the notice.

Solicitor General Jose Calida, along with Branch Sheriff Robert Bautista, went to the Mile Long property to serve the notice.
