The state-run hospital demanded a public apology from the commentator.In a separate Facebook post last Monday, Tulfo apologized to PGH patients who were &quot;stunned by my outburst,&quot; but said he would not make amends with the doctors.&quot;I will never apologize to the doctor at the triage section who refused to look over the child patient I brought with me,&quot; he said.&quot;I didn’t see any shred of compassion or empathy on his face,&quot; he said.Tulfo told his Facebook followers on Friday to secretly record videos of rude doctors and send it to him so he can upload it on his social media page.&quot;Kelangang baguhin na ang trato ng mga doktor at nars sa kanilang mga pasyenteng mahihirap sa mga gov’t hospitals.
