CEBU CITY - The parents of Marijoy and Jacqueline Chiong on Thursday cried injustice after learning that 3 of the 7 convicts in the rape-slay of their children may benefit from a law that allows early release of prisoners over good conduct. &quot;It is an injustice! Seven suspects were convicted and brought to the maximum security prison in Muntinlupa City except for one, <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/29/18/paco-larraaga-camp-to-seek-clemency-from-duterte">Paco Larrañaga</a>, who is detained in Spain.The couple is hoping to appeal before President Rodrigo Duterte so their daughters’ killers would not be released.
