After that, we can open,&quot; Alec Cruz, Tollway Projects Head of San Miguel Holdings Corporation, explained.Cruz told ABS-CBN News that the Skyway connector for the NAIA Terminal 3 is expected to be completed by December, while the Skyway project that will stretch from Buendia to Balintawak is slated to open by January 2019.
