Magkakaroon po tayo ng mas mahabang period ng mga guro and therefore katulad po ng nangyari sa amin nagdagdag po kami ng kanilang honoraria,&quot; Garcia said.</p><p>&quot;Kapag po tayo ay nag-hybrid, tayo po ay gagastos ng P42.3 billion.
