Nagkansela na ng byahe ng barko sa Calapan Pier at Batangas Pier simula alas-5 ng hapon nitong Sabado bunsod ng pagsasailalim sa signal no. 1 sa nasabing mg lalawigan dahil sa Bagyong Karding.Nasa 85 rolling cargo ang stranded sa Barangay Sta Isabel sa Calapan City na pansamantalang ginagawang staging area para hindi mapuno ng sasakyan ang Calapan City Port.Samantala, pansamantalang kanselado na din ang mga biyahe ng barko papasok at palabas ng Marinduque simula pa 12:15 ng tanghali, Setyembre 24 ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard-Balanacan.Ito ay sanhi ng pagsasailalim sa ilang bahagi ng probinsya ng Quezon sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 bunsod ng bagyong Karding.Kapag ang isang lalawigan ay isinailalim sa signal no. 1, awtomatikong suspendido ng Philippine Coast Guard ang byahe ng mga barko.Hindi pa mabatid hanggang sa mga oras na ito kung ilan na ang stranded na pasahero sa mga nabanggit na pantalan.
