<p>MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte has signed a law reapportioning Isabela into 6 legislative districts from the current 4.</p><p>According to Republic Act 11080, signed by Duterte on Sept. 27, the 6 legislative districts are as follows:</p><div><strong>First Legislative District</strong></div><ul>	<li>Ilagan City</li>	<li>Cabagan</li>	<li>Delfin Albano</li>	<li>Divilacan</li>	<li>Maconacon</li>	<li>Tumauini</li>	<li>San Pablo</li>	<li>Sta.
