Registration will be suspended on the first week of October (October 1-8) to give way for the filing of certificates of candidacy by 2022 hopefuls. </p><p>Voter registration is open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon said.</p><p>There will be no registration on Saturdays, except for Oct. 30, she added.
