2 ex-governors eye return to Cavite's top post

<p>MANILA - Two former governors of Cavite are set to face off in next year&#x27;s race for the province&#x27;s top post.</p><p>Jonvic Remulla, who was governor from 2010 to 2016, filed his certificate of candidacy for the position on Monday. </p><p>He was accompanied by his running mate, actor Jolo Revilla, who is seeking a third term as vice governor. </p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p dir="ltr" lang="tl">Ex-Gov.
