<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2019/tvpatrol/10/05/20191017-soldiers.jpg"/></figure></div>MARAWI CITY - Soldiers laid wreaths and flowers at the memorial wall inside the 103rd Brigade headquarters, where names of hero soldiers were etched, in commemoration of the 2nd anniversary of the liberation of Marawi City on Thursday.Gun salutes were also given in honor of the fallen soldiers.Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process chief Carlito Galvez Jr. said the soldiers should not be forgotten as they have been instrumental in the liberation.“One by one and I can remember the time how they fought,” Galvez said.Along with Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Secretary Eduardo del Rosario, Galvez also attended the peace forum where they told displaced families that the debris clearing had just been finished and vertical development in the most affected area would start soon.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/10/16/19/2-years-after-bloody-siege-marawi-physical-rehabilitation-to-start">2 years after bloody siege, Marawi &#x27;physical&#x27; rehabilitation to start</a></li></ul>Del Rosario said, construction of road networks and installation of facilities would begin in December or January 2020.However, hundreds of ruined structures are still in the area as homeowners did not consent to the demolition of their damaged homes.Del Rosario said, bombs could still be inside these homes and cannot be removed and recovered until these homes are brought down.“So we are down to about 17 or 18 bombs that we are looking, however there are still buildings that we are looking in sectors 8 and 9 that to cleared,” he said.
