A motorcycle rider then tried to drive through but fell off his motorcycle after experiencing an electric shock while driving through the fallen cables.A resident then tried to help the fallen rider but was electrocuted.&quot;Itong casualty [resident] natin tutulungan sana ang victim kaso nadamay din po siya sa kuryente kaya siya po ang namatay,&quot; said Santiago.(The casualty was going to help the victim but he died from electric shock.)The motorcycle rider was severely injured and is now in critical condition in a hospital.
